Mind Movers Education is built on a simple belief, learning is a skill in itself. Too often, those skills go untaught, and that’s exactly where we ground our practice. By using a three step plan, we help our students discover how they learn best, build their confidence, and show them how to apply all of that across different subject areas. The best part, ​every student we’ve supported has shown measurable growth in their focus areas.​​​

Our steady growth over this time reflects the trust families place in our personalised approach and the results their children achieve. I'm really proud of what I've achieve with my time in NSW Primary Education. My roles have included mainstream and support unit classroom teacher, learning and support teacher and wellbeing intervention teacher. Beyond that, I also worked as an assistant principal and served as an early and pre-career teacher mentor.

Working with the youngest, all the way up to the eldest, I've learnt that I love working with people! The journey of learning alongside or from someone is one I regard highly. Being the one sharing my learning is one I regard even higher.

I thank the skill of reflection for my accomplishments. With it, you can set and achieve goals all while refining your practice. As a person, it is something I embedd in everything I do, including my teaching.

I have spend a majority of may career in Western Sydney, working with diverse communities, languages and capabilities. This has given me expertise in understanding the context of the students I work with, and know how to best support them in achieving their own goals.
